New Patient Policy
Spring Dermatology asks that New Patients fill out their information on both portals 48 hours prior to scheduled appointment. If you are unable to login to the portals in advance please arrive 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to avoid cancellation. Please bring a valid picture ID and Insurance Card to each appointment.
Please be advised of Spring Dermatology cancellation Policy: After three consecutive cancellations, no shows, reschedules there will be non-refundable fee of $50 to reschedule appointments. Cancellations will be excused if done 24 hours of scheduled appointment time.
